Eligibility

• Competitions are open to residents of Durban, aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.
• Employees, staff members, or family members of Jurgens Plumbers and its associated partners are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Entry requirements will be clearly stated in the competition post, including but not limited to actions such as following our social media pages, sharing a post, or tagging friends in the comments section.
• Participants must follow all stated steps to be eligible for the prize.
• Only one entry per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prize Details

• The prize will be clearly described in the competition post. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The prize excludes additional services (such as installation, unless stated) and any associated costs.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen randomly (unless otherwise stated) and announced on the specified draw date, which will be listed in the competition post.
• Winners will be notified via direct message on social media or through the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within [X] days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
• The decision of Jurgens Plumbers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Delivery or Collection

• Prizes must be collected or arranged for delivery by the winner within 14 days after being notified, depending on the nature of the prize. Delivery will only be made to the specified region stated in the competition rules (if applicable).

Publicity

Competition Duration

• The duration of the competition, including the start and end date, will be clearly mentioned in the competition post. No entries will be accepted outside of the stated competition period.

Disqualification

Amendments

Jurgens Plumbers reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
