OUR PRICING STRUCTURE:

At Jurgen’s Plumbers and Contractors, we pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing for our services, thanks to our adherence to industry-standard rates. This approach allows us to provide high-quality work while maintaining a fair and transparent pricing structure. However, it’s essential to note that any deviations from these rates, such as delays or additional work caused by factors outside of our control, may impact our bottom line.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL:

In the event of delays caused by factors outside of our control, an hourly charge of R650 (“Delay Charge”) will be applied for the duration of the delay, such as:

• Delays in client-supplied materials
• Electrical outages or disruptions inhibiting the use of power tools
• Water outages or disruptions affecting our work
• Presence of other contractors or workers in the designated work area
• Concealed electrical wires or water pipes not disclosed by the client
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

The Delay Charge will be calculated based on the actual time spent on site waiting for the issue to be resolved. We will make every effort to minimize delays and communicate with you promptly if any issues arise.

By proceeding with our services, you agree to pay the Delay Charge in the event of delays that are outside of our control.”

QUOTES

1. Validity of Quote: The above quoted prices are only valid for 30 days.
2. Client Responsibility: To ensure a safe and successful project, it is essential that you, as the client, inform us of any potential hazards or risks on your property, including:

• Underground utilities (e.g., electric, gas, water)
• Hidden water sources or drainage systems
• Electrical hazards or unstable structures

Please note that if you fail to disclose any known hazards or risks, and our work results in damage to your property, we cannot be held liable for such damage.

3. Warranty: We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on completion of the project.
4. Ownership of Materials: All materials supplied by Jurgens Plumbers remain our property until paid for in full.
